Returns

 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased through PocketDrifters.

 

All sales are final. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit unless it meets the conditions outlined in our Replacement Policy below.

 

Replacement Policy

 

We offer a replacement only if the product is:

 

- Defective upon arrival

- Damaged during shipping

- Not functioning as intended due to a manufacturing defect

- Replacement Eligibility

 

To request a replacement, you must:

 

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number.

- Submit clear photos and/or a video showing the defect or damage.

- Ensure the product has not been modified, misused, or damaged after delivery.

- Non-Eligible Cases

 

Replacement requests will not be approved for:

 

- Accidental damage caused by the customer

- Normal wear and tear

- Improper use of the product

- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

- Change of mind after purchase

- Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement unit at no additional cost. The defective item may need to be returned before a replacement is shipped.
