Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
India: 3–10 business days
Remote Areas: 5–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
PocketDrifters may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS (when available).
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
PocketDrifters is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
PocketDrifters is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Courier service disruptions
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Natural disasters
Other events beyond our control
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
Take clear photos of the package and product immediately.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and supporting photos/videos.
Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement according to our Return & Replacement Policy.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a package is returned due to:
Incorrect address
Customer unavailability
Refusal to accept delivery
the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
